First Aid & CPR Ivory Coast
No legal framework specific to the care of children aged 0 to 8 is yet in force; a bill has been announced, but until a text is enacted, no first-aid obligation is formally imposed on crèche and daycare staff. Absent a strict statutory mandate, the expected standard remains straightforward: adults trained in basic first aid for the children in their care. Choosing to train now means staying ahead of a requirement that is set to take shape.
Anafilaxia e administração de medicamentos
Epinephrine auto-injectors are not distributed on a national scale and depend on importation, and no rule requires daycares to keep them. The most reliable protection therefore rests on staff who can quickly recognise a severe allergic reaction, call for help without delay, and administer any prescribed medication — with the parents' written consent — kept out of children's reach.
Faced with a child who is choking or has lost consciousness, it is the very first seconds that count, and it is the adult present who makes the difference long before help arrives. Training in first aid and CPR turns alarm into sure, practised action and reassures every family that their child is truly safe. A recognised, standards-based certification puts your facility ahead of the regulation still to come.
